The Conference for General Practice
The Royal Australian College of General Practitioner’s (RACGP) annual conference, GP11 - the Conference for General Practice, is a highlight event on the general practice events calendar.
This year's overarching theme is 'Explore. Collaborate. Innovate' and the conference program will focus on women's and children's medicine, innovations in education, telemedicine, clinician leadership development, informatics/e-health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, business of medicine, dermatology in practice and emergency medicine. With a focus on current and future developments in Australian general practice, the conference brings an opportunity to refine your current skills, learn new skills and provides a great opportunity to share and learn with past and new colleagues.
The College encourages all Australian GPs, medical educators, students, registrars, key influencers in Australian general practice, members of practice teams and overseas GPs to attend the GP11 conference. Past conferences have been a huge success attracting up to 1000 delegates from across the country and internationally.
Join us in Hobart to be a part of this exciting conference as we explore how we, as general practitioners, seek to serve our patients and our communities.
Experience Hobart’s waterfront and take a walk through colourful Salamanca Market or the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens, all just a stones throw away from the conference venue.
